**_The Role_**
With the 22/23 Season fast approaching, the Brisbane Bullets are looking for a **Membership & Ticketing Manager** to join our team and provide our members & supporters a world class sporting experience.

The role will see you lead the membership and ticketing programs for the Club as a part of the Consumer Engagement team. You will be key to providing members a world class customer service and game day experience, manage all communications and processes and drive sales throughout all consumer spaces.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Drive high level customer service through loyalty programs and match day experiences
- Manage and deliver the membership fulfilment program including data, products and invoicing
- Work collaboratively with all Club departments on opportunities for membership and ticketing sales, growth and offers
- Provide operational support in third party relationship management including ticketing agents, venues and providers
- Manage all reporting for sales, forecasting and analysis for ticket sales data and customer demographics
- Assist in strategy development and oversee operational plans to deliver the annual Membership and ticketing campaigns including renewals, acquisition, retention and servicing, in line with budgets and targets
- Ensure all communications for members and fans, across membership, ticketing and merchandise is clear, concise and accurate to ensure efficient servicing and operations
- Assist in managing and supporting all Consumer department staff including casuals and volunteers
- Oversee all membership and ticketing match day operations and activities that drive customer service and sales opportunities
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**_ About You_**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or ticketing/membership role
- Warm, welcoming, driven personality, and enjoys providing high-level customer service experience
- Willing and available to work weeknights/weekends - required
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasking environment, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
