What you'll do

As Insights Manager you'll own the development of the insights backlog, working closely with our POs across Sales & Service. You'll work to ensure we have the best data foundation for making decisions about our products and to empower our POs to truly understand the impact their product has on our business.- Own the Product analytics and insights backlog for our Global streaming services such as NOW, Peacock and Sky Showtime.- Develop relationships with our Sales, Service & Marketing Product Owners to reach a deep understanding of our technology product portfolio, their business requirements and market strategies.- Produce relevant and actionable insights that drive real business change and guide our strategy for today and tomorrow.- Work across multiple large datasets to derive insights and enable self-service analytics.- Visualise insight findings and present business recommendations to best communicate them to our stakeholders.- Coach junior analysts within the team, and champion the use of data with our Product group

What you'll bring-
- A high level of knowledge of Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Data Workbench, Data Insertion, Report Builder) would be advantageous.- Technical experience across data manipulation tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Python, and R.- Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- Knowledge of working in an agile product environment, technology development, web analytics, web commerce, or customer service would be advantageous but not required.

The Insights & Testing team work closely with our digital product experts to identify opportunities for creating world class digital journeys for our OTT customers. We bring rigor and expertise to the process around ideation, optimization, and measuring success.
