Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality software projects and growing a highly motivated/capable team towards delivering exceptional results.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate issues and risks, while also identifying and managing external dependencies. Your leadership skills will enable you to build confidence in the team's capability to achieve success by using effective techniques, such as mentoring, to support and motivate it towards maximum performance.

The successful candidate will have solid Agile principles experience, with consistent success in growing and facilitating highly motivated/capable teams. They will also have knowledge of television/video production environments, Apple ecosystem, including integration with content delivery networks. Additionally, they will possess line management experience within software engineering teams and ability to lead/facilitate teams through high-profile incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
