Ready for a dynamic contract in Data and Logistics? Our client, a waste management leader in sustainability, seeks a Data Lead to shape decisions. Join our dedicated team, oversee a national Master Data Management project, and lead a team in Data Requirements, Analysis, Quality, and Modeling. Your role includes coordinating a smooth transition to new data structures with team members and stakeholders.

**Your success in this role will be gauged through the following key metrics**:

- Coordinate, facilitate, and manage the delivery of the Release 2 MDM (Master Data Management) project.
- Lead and manage data cleansing and data migration activities for trial migrations, testing, and production cutover.
- Collaborate with the business to acquire source data and identify and implement Data Survivorship Rules for Matching and Merging of master data.
- Contribute to and facilitate the adoption of Data Governance and Management assets such as Enterprise Business Glossary, Reference Data repository, Data Archive, and Data Catalogue.
- Collaborate with the R1 Data Lead to establish an end-to-end modeling strategy and roadmap definition/plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation (processes/results, etc.).

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in enterprise legacy data migrations and integration with MDM platforms, ideally with expertise in Ataccama.
- Comprehensive understanding of Data Cleansing and Data Migration challenges related to CRM, financial, and operational platforms.
- Proven experience in leading teams of Data Analysts, Data Modelers, and developers.
- Background in collaborative work with Business, Architecture, and Security teams.
