A fantastic opportunity for an education professional to expand on their career and step into an Ongoing position as the Manager of Technical Capacity and Capability at the VBA.
You will use your expertise to lead the direction of the VBA's education policy and programs.
This role will report to the Senior Manager, Technical and Regulations and is responsible for leading the education and career pathways teams within the Office of the State Building Surveyor.
The role oversees the VBA's education program, including internal and external education, and the VBA's career pathway program.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated experience working in an education environment, including designing and implementing educational programs.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to understand stakeholder requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, research and analyse information to identify trends in the environment and develop innovative solutions.
