**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Programs (Organisational Development) Manager to lead the governance, frameworks, design, development, and evaluation of existing and new Early Careers Programs (ECP). This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders including the Nuclear and Capability Development team and the People & Culture Workforce Capability Development team to ensure our programs align with strategic business objectives and foster a positive, innovative culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the design, development and adherence to ECP frameworks and governance for all programs including Graduate, Undergraduate, Apprenticeship, and Traineeship Programs.
- Lead the scoping, analysis and design of new ECP programs including Internships, Scholarships and Work Experience/Placement programs.
- Design and document processes, procedures, and policies related to ECP.
- Develop and implement learning and development and engagement initiatives to support ECP participants.
- Adapt the ASC Mentoring Program to meet the unique needs of ECP participants.
- Equip ASC leaders to effectively develop and support ECP participants to achieve success
- Implement evaluation and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of ECPs.
- Establish and promote a strong internal and external ECP brand.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Early Careers OD team, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- Foster a culture of stakeholder and customer centricity and continuous improvement within the team.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant field, with 7+ years of experience in leading the development and implementation of People related strategies, frameworks, policies, processes and programs
- Expertise workingin Early Careers program design, development and planning.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong human resources and organisational development skills, with a flexible approach to managing customer needs and expectations.
- Experience in project management and human-centered design.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Adept at working at both strategic and operational levels to deliver business outcomes.
- Expertise in leading change and shifting mindsets, behaviours, and practices.
- This role requires occasional travel to WA.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
