**The Role**
As the Technical Services Analyst you will be working within the 2nd level Technical Services team.
This key hands-on, customer facing technical role provides expert IT service management support and enablement to our Australia wide based business colleagues. The main drivers being excellent customer focus and first-time ticket resolution/provision.
In addition to 2nd level operational and support duties, you will undertake specialist/technical research and analysis and assist with projects as and when required.
Your role responsibilities will include:
- Resolve 2nd level technical service requests, incidents and problems with a strong customer focus
- Provide technical expertise that contributes to business unit outcomes
- Provide professional advice within your area of technical specialisation
- Have accountability for tasks and decisions and support less experienced employees in achieving goals through the provision of guidance and quality assurance
- Develop plans and objectives for short-term tasks and contribute to planning for longer-term initiatives
- Deliver innovation initiatives to improvement the quality and efficiency of IT services
- Assist with IT audits and risk mitigation activities
**Your Experience**
You will be Microsoft certified combined with a relevant Bachelor's Degree. You will have experience with Microsoft 365, AD and Azure, Wintel as well as mobile device management. You will have worked with VMWare, Cisco and IOS Devices. You will have network administration skills, including using the MS Power Platform to automate moderately complex administrative tasks.
You will have an analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the business demands at G'day Group. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
