Utilising skills gained working in various industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Aeroskills, and Automotive, the primary objective of these roles will be the completion of upgrade projects to further increase the reliability of Sydney's largest passenger train fleet. You will be working with a major transport leader at one of the following maintenance depots - Hornsby, Flemington.

**Trades accepted**:

- Certificate 3 in Engineering - Maintenance, Plant, Toolmaker, Fabrication and more
- Certificate 3 in Aeroskill - Avionics, Mechanical, Mechatronics and more
- Certificate 3 in Automotive - Diesel, Body repairs, Agriculture, light, heavy and more
- Certificate 3 in Electrical Fitter - Instrumentation, Machine Repair, Industrial and more

**Successful applicants must have**:

- Australian recognized Mechanical Trade Qualifications
- Current RIW Card - or be willing to obtain one
- Rail experience highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent fault finding and analytical skills
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to follow work instructions accurately

**You will be required to**:

- Carry out upgrade work on rolling stock to details work instructions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
