Executive General Manager - Store Sales & Operations Nunawading VICJoin to apply for the Executive General Manager - Store Sales & Operations Nunawading VIC role at Beacon Lighting.About the RoleWe are seeking an influential and results-driven Executive General Manager to lead Beacon Lighting's national store network.
This senior role involves driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and implementing the company store strategy across retail, trade, and design sales.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee store operations with five direct reports and set strategic directions for our store network, ensuring alignment and high performance.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to achieve operational outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Store Strategy Playbook with measurable KPIs to drive sales, operational excellence, and brand strength.Collaborate with the Trade Strategy team to support growth in trade targets.Contribute to broader corporate strategy as part of the Executive Management Team.Ensure store operations are consistent, compliant, and continuously improving.Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment, minimizing risks.Lead and develop the Store Leadership Team to foster a high-performance culture.Manage the retail and operations budget to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.Report to the CEO and Board on performance, risks, and opportunities.About YouProven executive leadership in multi-site retail and operations management.Successful track record in retail and trade growth, profitability, and customer experience.Experience leading large, dispersed teams with a focus on culture and performance.Strong strategic, analytical, and operational skills.Inspirational leadership with excellent stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead transformation and change projects at a national level.BenefitsCompetitive salary, paid birthday leave, well-being days, product discounts, and share scheme opportunities.
