We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead a high-performing group of health professionals in delivering exceptional occupational rehabilitation services across Perth.

With our WA team continuing to expand, there is strong potential for ongoing opportunities beyond the initial contract.
About the Role
As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, development, and operational success of a multidisciplinary team delivering return-to-work and injury management services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of approximately 4 – 5 consultants
Support the delivery of employee performance / KPIs and operational targets
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and manage 2-3 key customer accounts
Manage service delivery quality, workflows, and reporting standards
Support coaching, training, and professional development of the team
Manage a reduced caseload while demonstrating high standards on your own cases
Drive new service offerings in WA and contribute to national projects
About You
Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Osteopathy, with current accreditation
Extensive experience (3+ years) in injury management, rehabilitation, and/or clinical settings
A passion for creating an outstanding customer experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in case management, account management, and client assessments
Leadership experience managing team members; knowledge in recruitment, induction, and mentoring
High-level organisational skills
