You will work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team using our innovative Plena Care Pathway. A model designed to deliver therapy that's goal-oriented, person-centred, and backed by evidence-based practice. This is your chance to do meaningful work, every single day.

Your new role will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and building tailored therapy programs focused on mobility, functional independence, falls prevention, pain management, and more
  • Delivering 1:1 therapy, care plan reviews, and active ageing group programs
  • Making informed clinical recommendations for equipment, pressure care, joint support, and everyday function
  • Collaborating with other health professionals to achieve powerful resident outcomes
  • Bringing energy, compassion, and clinical excellence into aged care settings

Who We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists (Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • AHPRA registration (or working towards it)
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening & National Police Check
  • A passion for aged care, people-focused therapy, and working as part of a connected team
