**The opportunity**
We are seeking a Value Partner to work onsite at one of our client's locations. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

- People welfare, including onboarding
- Payroll reconciliations and timesheet management
- PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) mobilisation
- Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident
- Reports for Vevo checks
- Attendance management
- Please note this is a maternity leave contract, 8 months with the possibility of extension._

**What you will need**
To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.

You will also:

- Have experience mentoring/managing people
- Be willing to commit to all aspects of the role
- Have good computer literacy
- Have a Drivers licence
- Willing to obtain a police check
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19
