Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large and close-knit group of trading experts who are shaping the future of retail. You will play a key part in driving value for customers through delivering data-led promotional insights, implementing a forward-thinking value strategy, and being a key point of contact on all things pricing and value.

You will work closely with category managers to stay up to date with changing customer spending habits, partner with marketing and customer teams to communicate trusted value to customers, and maintain reporting on price competitiveness and value KPIs for stakeholders across the organization.

As a highly skilled professional, you will have exposure to data analysis and problem-solving in an FMCG, retail, or consulting environment. You will also have experience with data tools such as SQL, R, Power BI, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Develop and implement data-driven promotional strategies to drive customer value.
  • Work closely with category managers to identify opportunities to improve customer value and develop targeted solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and customer teams to develop and execute communications plans that promote customer value.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on price competitiveness and value KPIs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exposure to data analysis and problem-solving in an FMCG, retail, or consulting environment.
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, R, Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions.
