Key Roles and Responsibilities

The position involves driving value for customers by delivering data-led promotional insights, implementing a forward-thinking value strategy and serving as a key point of contact on all things pricing and value for category management teams.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Support Senior Value Manager in implementing and driving value strategy
  • Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations on promotional activity
  • Work closely with category managers to stay up to date with changing customer spending habits
  • Partner with marketing and customer teams to communicate trusted value to customers and get credit for value
  • Maintain reporting on price competitiveness and value KPIs for stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
  • Exposure to data analysis and problem-solving in fast-moving consumer goods or retail environment
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, R, PowerBI etc. preferred but not required
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work through complex environments while making sound decisions
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present data insights confidently to varied stakeholder groups
  • Experience in handling large-scale data and developing insightful reports
