The Sales Systems & Insights Analyst (SS&IA) supports and manages systems for the On and Off premise (national and field) sales teams, provides business reporting and analysis and supports ad hoc analysis projects. This position will suit someone entering the workforce for the first time or an entry level worker seeking an organization that will give you wings to your career

**DATA MANAGEMENT & INSIGHTS DEVELOPMENT**:
You will maintain the distribution partner data - receival, transformation, loading, and reporting of data. This includes ensuring the data meets local and internal segmentation guidelines as well as working with key stakeholders to ensure all monthly deadlines are met. You will be supporting Key Account Managers with the generation of business intelligence reporting which will include analysis to identify both risks and opportunities.

**REPORTING**:
You will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the current Red Bull reporting suite including sales and customer insights. This will be on a monthly reporting schedule and there will also be ad hoc requests from the business.

**ON & OFF PREMISE SUPPORT**:
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering or similar
- Intermediate Microsoft Skills (Excel is essential) and strong systems skills more broadly.
- Experience in handling data, producing reports, and analyzing to provide insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations.
- Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
