As an Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our technical capabilities and driving success across a wide portfolio of transport infrastructure initiatives.
The Opportunity
• Lead and manage the performance of small to medium-sized highways and major infrastructure projects, including client engagement, coordination, and quality control.
• Oversee project scheduling, budget tracking, resource allocation, and cost management to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Negotiate agreements with subconsultants and suppliers, and take part in setting project budgets.
• Independently deliver design outputs, taking responsibility for specific project areas and ensuring high standards of work.

• A degree in Civil or Highways Engineering (or equivalent) and relevant industry experience in road and infrastructure design within a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, design codes, and OH&S procedures.
• Membership or progress toward membership of a relevant professional institution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
