Key Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our Victorian Civil team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in the design of roads and highways projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of VicRoads and Austroads guidelines and will be able to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary project teams to deliver efficient, safe and innovative solutions to our clients' problems.

  • Provide technical leadership in roads and highways design
  • Design management and project coordination for multidisciplinary roads projects
  • Verification of roads and highways projects against current Australian standards and best practice guidelines
  • Develop a culture of outstanding delivery within the team
  • Coaching and mentoring young team members
  • Business development activities including identifying and securing new projects
About You

You will be a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia, with significant experience in civil engineering from a consulting environment. You will have a strong knowledge of roads and highways projects, as well as experience working with VicRoads and Austroads guidelines.
