Join our Highways team, where your expertise will contribute to the design and delivery of complex road and transport projects. As an Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our technical capabilities and driving success across a wide portfolio of transport infrastructure initiatives.

The Opportunity

•    Lead and manage the performance of small to medium-sized highways and major infrastructure projects, including client engagement, coordination, and quality control.

•    Oversee project scheduling, budget tracking, resource allocation, and cost management to meet deadlines and financial targets.

•    Negotiate agreements with subconsultants and suppliers, and take part in setting project budgets.

•    Independently deliver design outputs, taking responsibility for specific project areas and ensuring high standards of work.

•    Represent the team in internal meetings and contribute to team development through mentoring and event coordination.

Is this role right for you?

•    A degree in Civil or Highways Engineering (or equivalent) and relevant industry experience in road and infrastructure design within a consulting environment.

•    Knowledge of relevant legislation, design codes, and OH&S procedures.

•    Membership or progress toward membership of a relevant professional institution.

•    Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

•    A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work and supporting team success under pressure.

What we offer you

Total remuneration package of AUD90k – AUD110k annually, inclusive of superannuation.
