Kona have proudly partnered with 2 well known insurance broking houses in their search for an ambitious Account Executive.

**Opportunity 1**

The first is a well-known Perth owned and based broker with 4 hands-on Directors and a highly ambitious and competent support team beneath. This business is client-focused offering a unique, comprehensive skillset to servicing.

Their client-based is focused in Middle-market in people heavy industries, such as Mining, Construction & Professional services. They have a social culture; living by a 'work hard, play hard' motto - the client's come first and they value teamwork, the hand-on leaders promote collaboration.

**Opportunity 2**

The second is a public listed, national broking house in the heart of Perth CBD, with offices in every major Australian city and a presence in 4 major global locations. You will be proudly servicing a mixed SME & Corporate portfolio, across a range of industries, including ASX listed businesses. Working alongside another experienced Account Executive to support a knowledgable, hands-on Senior broker.

**Responsibilities**

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as an advisor to a client portfolio that relies on your expertise and guidance, with full support & guidance from your seniors.
- Provide necessary support broking to senior account managers by completing all necessary processing tasks within a timely manner.
- Grow the existing portfolio organically through quality service delivery and referral network.
- Cultivate key relationships with Insurers.
- Attending to client queries, referring to your senior when necessary.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within the General Insurance Broking sector, 12 months+
- Tier 1 highly desirable, not essential
- Strong client management skills and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to cultivate new relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated communication skills
- A passion for your career development
