**We are seeking a motivated individual to work as Manager for our motel to enhance customer service & improve sales. We'd like to meet you to offer full time opportunity for 38 hours per week**

**Responsibilities**:

- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and quality control, ensuring every guest receives a memorable and delightful experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Director to implement strategic business and sales initiatives, driving growth and success.
- Lead by example, inspiring and guiding a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and achieve excellence in all areas**.**
- Management of daily operations, performance of serviced apartments and flexibility to work.
- Reception duties and customer enquiries Supervising guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures.
- Stock control and ordering, Linen, Room Consumables, maintenance material etc
- Ensure rooms and grounds are always presentable and light maintenance, including gardening and pool maintenance.
- Supervision, Training and rostering staff
- Excellent Customer Service

Pay: $73,500.00 per year
