We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Motel Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception and housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in efficiently, manage phone, email, and online inquiries across multiple booking platforms.
  • Resolve guest concerns with a customer-focused mindset, process payments, and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Clean and service rooms to a high standard, identify and report items and areas for maintenance, and carry out minor maintenance tasks as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and outside guest rooms, respond to guests' requests when necessary, and take pride in your work.
About You:
  • You must be available to work regular weekends, public holidays, and occasional shifts with short notice.
  • A good eye for detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor is essential.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and comfort working autonomously is required.

This role would suit someone living locally, with an estimated 15-20 hours per week commitment. Remuneration is based on the Hospitality Industry Award: Guest Services Level 2.

Previous experience within hospitality or accommodation is preferred, with training provided for front office/reception, housekeeping, and maintenance roles.
