**ABOUT US**

Our client is one of the leading Salesforce Implementation partners in Australia being involved with over 1000 implementations to date. They are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their team and drive new business opportunities into the company and work closely with the Sales Director to help continue the current exponential growth.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Identify new business opportunities for Line Of Business Offerings outside goaling, facilitate engagement with peers and optimise sales success rates
- Understand customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form long term relationships
- Provide solutions to customer issues both independently and collaboratively to solve complex challenges
- Execute and utilise strategies and plans to meet and exceed KPI targets

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven SalesForce Implementation Experience
- Proven experience in Professional Services
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining relationships
- Proven track record in large, complex deal management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hunter profile who's driven to enhance the growth of a business
