Social Media Manager

We are The Smash Room; Melbourne's newest and most exciting entertainment venue that's loads of fun for all ages.
As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Social Media Manager that can completely oversee our social accounts which include tasks such as:
- Create amazing content that is in line with our goals and brand guidelines (fortnightly on-site shoots for example)
- Posting on all social platforms and utilising each one accordingly (content should be curated specifically for each platform)
- Customer engagement (responding to messages, comments etc.)
- Outreach (finding influencers and working with them to create UGC)
- Collaborating with internal teams and other stakeholders (such as working along side our ad agency to provide them with relevant content)
- Creating and managing an event calendar (mapping out and executing content specifically for seasonal events such as Haloween, Xmas etc.)
- Contributing proactively toward improving the use of social to increase leads and engagement
We are looking for someone with the experience to hit the ground running and apart from initial training, require little oversight from management.
You must demonstrate that you understand and can leverage platforms to benefit company goals and also ensure that our brand is presented in the best way possible.
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance
**Salary**: $800.00 per month
