**About the role**
This role works under the direction of the Chief Procurement Officer to sustain an effective contract management system and manage processes for the acquisition of goods and services in line with Health Purchasing Victoria requirements. The role will provide coordination of services for the delivery of major capital and procurement projects for Dhelkaya Health including Maldon Hospital, relating to the design and construction of new buildings and infrastructure, refurbishment of existing facilities, fit-out of accommodation, acquisition of critical plant and equipment, and implementation of sustainability initiatives.

About you - Experience working in a purchasing role (preferably in a health care or public sector setting)
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement
- Minimum Certificate in Business Administration
- Strong computer literacy with advanced skills in Oracle (FMIS) and Microsoft Office - Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or autonomously - Able to handle several tasks at once and meet multiple deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and oral communication skills - Able to build strong relationships with suppliers, peers and management - Excellent attention to detail - Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and providing leadership/guidance - Current Australian Driver's Licence
