Senior Program SchedulerWe're seeking a seasoned Program Scheduler to support the delivery of complex, high-impact programs within a large-scale ICT portfolio.
In this role, you will lead schedule development, analysis and reporting across a multi-disciplinary environment.
You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams and executives to ensure visibility of program timelines, risks, and interdependencies—helping to keep delivery on track, on time, and within scope.Location: Canberra.Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain integrated schedules for programs, projects, and portfoliosAnalyse critical paths, dependencies and perform risk assessments to mitigate delaysProvide accurate schedule progress reporting and dashboard updates for senior stakeholdersSupport recovery planning and resource forecasting activitiesKey Requirements:10+ years' experience in program scheduling, planning or PMO roles on complex programsAdvanced skills in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or ServiceNow)Strong grasp of project management frameworks (e.g., MSP, P3M, AGILE, PRINCE2)Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related fieldHow to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
