Job Title

A high-level Scheduler is required to lead and maintain a large-scale program schedule.

This role involves strategic planning, program development, and report preparation for senior executives and steering committees.

  • Develop and manage schedules in a large-scale program environment.
  • Prepare high-quality documents within agreed timeframes, utilizing project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
  • Produce corporate/strategic reports for senior executives and steering committees.
  • Effectively manage competing priorities and strategic directions while remaining calm under pressure and responding flexibly to change and uncertainty.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing schedules in a large-scale program environment.
  • Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to prepare documents for executives and steering committees.
  • Advanced skills in project scheduling software.
