**About the role**:
In this Analyst role, you will provide payroll and human resources administration support to the Payroll Manager and Oceania HR Team for day-to-day operations. You'll support the HR team to ensure that the payroll and HR administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, and complete ad hoc tasks as required.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Payroll and Human Resource Administrative **duties**:

- Assist the Payroll Manager in the end-to-end payroll processes for Australia and New Zealand including:

- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- End-of-month and out-of-cycle payroll processes including HR suspense accounts reconciliations and payroll tax calculations
- Preparation of internal approvals and operations payment process
- Data entry
- HR administration including invoice processing, creation and processing of procurement plans and third-party agreements
- HR budget tracking and support to the Head of HR
- Maintain professional communication with all employees and external parties responding to general payroll and administrative inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Provide support and back up in maintaining employee files in HR Systems (Workday, JUMP, etc.) where needed
- Any other duties as requested

**What we are looking for**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent TAFE or university graduate in Accounting or Finance, looking to gain experience within a supportive and engaging professional environment.

Advanced Excel skills are a requirement, including, but not limited to, manipulating spreadsheets, pivot tables, v-lookups, slicers etc.

No payroll experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

You'll have an analytical way of thinking, eager to learn and flexible in your approach, whilst always remaining professional and maintaining confidentiality. You're highly organised, able to multitask and work autonomously and proactively. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills are essential.
