
Sales Consultant

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to promote and sell our architectural concreting services to architects, builders, and homeowners. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to drive business growth.
1. Knock on doors and introduce yourself and the company's products/services.
2. Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions.
3. Showcase products/services, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
4. Handle objections, answer questions, and address concerns.
5. Close sales, negotiate prices (if applicable), and complete transactions.
Territory Management:
1. Manage a designated geographic territory, ensuring thorough coverage.
2. Plan and execute daily sales routes and schedules.
3. Track and record customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
Product Knowledge:
1. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits.
2. Demonstrate products (if applicable) and showcase their capabilities.
Customer Interaction:
1. Build rapport with potential customers, establishing trust and credibility.
2. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
Commission-Only Role:*
"This role is a commission-only position, meaning you will earn a percentage of the sales or revenue you generate. Your income will directly reflect your sales performance, and you will not receive a guaranteed base salary or hourly wage.
COMMISSION ONLY ROLE
1. Your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance.
2. You will not receive a regular salary or wages.
3. Your commission structure will be outlined in your contract or agreement.
4. You will be responsible for managing your own expenses and finances.
