Our client is a leading Australian mining organisation with a strong presence in WA and an impressive portfolio of projects. Following some continued success, they are now seeking an Internal Sales Support to join their team in Perth.

As Internal Sales Support, you will report directly into the Sales Manager and play an integral role supporting the Sales & Shipping function of this leading business. You will work closely with the operations team, shipping lines, government agencies and other third-party providers to ensure any issues are managed and escalated properly. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Ensuring customer contracts and shipping documents are prepared, approved, and issued to customers accurately
- liaising with international warehouses, customers, and shipping lines to schedule shipments in accordance with contractual commitments
- Work with multiple stakeholders and ensure all customers issues have been resolved or escalated properly
- Preparing and issuing sales and shipping documentation in conformance with Letter of Credit requirements and contractual terms.

Qualifications/ Knowledge and skill
- Strong customer focus with a passion for high level of service
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven and proactive
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience within the resources industry will be favourable
- Experience with international trade is highly desirable.
