The Role

Key Duties will include but not limited to:

- Inspect and recommend maintenance activities on assets
- Inspect and record all user areas on a daily basis
- Maintain a log of all inspections carried out and report any defects
- Supervise field maintenance and service contractors

Key Skills
- Mechanical experience, hydraulic services, plumbing or HVAC
- Exposure to all aspects of building and construction including electrical
- Leading Hand or Supervisory Experience
- Time Management
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a close team
- Proven problem solving capabilities
- MS Office Suite experience
- NearMaps experience desirable
- Operations or maintenance experience in a marine environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Trade Certificate or working towards one
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Confined Space Certificate
- Construction White Card
- Valid WA Drivers License
- National Police Check
