We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our busy car and truck hire company in Jandakot. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About the Role:

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service for our customers. You'll lead a small team, oversee vehicle availability and presentation, and provide support across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising daily branch operations and staff
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Managing bookings, phone and email enquiries
  • Coordinating vehicle allocation and fleet presentation
  • Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of vehicles when required
  • Ensuring workplace standards, safety, and procedures are followed
  • Reporting directly to management

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Valid driver's license
