**About The Role**

As part of our Learning and Development/Operations team, you will provide mentoring, training and operational support to the Resolve Finance Mortgage Brokers nationally.

You will support senior leadership teams to prepare mentees for the challenges and rewards that come with working in the mortgage broking industry and starting a new business. You will leverage your own knowledge and experience to set them up for future success and deliver on Resolve Finance's strategic growth goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop, maintain, and continually improve the content and delivery of the mentor program
- Provide one-to-one coaching to support their professional goals and ongoing development of technical skills
- Share industry knowledge, experience, and insights to help mentees understand Resolves processes and procedures, industry legislation and compliance requirements
- Maintain regular meetings with mentees, documenting progress against program requirements
- Observe and shadow Mortgage Brokers in customer appointments to provide constructive feedback and coaching on processes

**About You**

You're an experienced mortgage lending professional who enjoys imparting your knowledge, skills, experience, and industry know-how to help others grow and succeed in an industry you love. You enjoy being part of the 'bigger picture', seeing your mentees achieve milestones, knowing you've helped them achieve their goal; to become industry leading Mortgage Brokers and successful business owners.

You will also possess the following skills and experiences:

- A passion for people development and mentoring with effective coaching and influencing skills
- Demonstrated success and current experience as a Mortgage Broker
- Diploma in Finance Broking and accreditation for MFAA Certified Mentor Program
- Ability to work autonomously, and collaborate effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in training and facilitation, both in a group or one-to-one environment
- Experience in franchising, financial services and/or customer service is desirable
- Knowledge of CRM systems particularly Salestrekker, and Microsoft Suite will be looked upon favourably
