With operations across the entire Morton Region, this organization is responsible for the maintenance and management of a number of significant assets across multiple locations.

This immediately available role will see you providing Health and safety support to the teams responsible for these assets and

**General Info**:

- 3+ years in Civil Construction or Multi-site and scope is ideal.
- Seasoned HSE professional, preferably with a high-risk background, capable of incident investigations, site inspections, and engaging with leaders.
- Challenges include rebuilding safety fundamentals, addressing training gaps, and managing relatively high injury rates, necessitating a practical and reactive approach.
- Daily tasks involve attending toolboxes, reviewing SWMS, facilitating incident investigations, and partnering with the team to manage risks.
- There is a central focus on building effective working relationships with stakeholder groups and implementing core management systems for safety.
- The team structure comprises currently 3 business partners.
- **The focus of this Role **will be on Asset Maintenance, with a flexible location allowing for hot-desking at the nearest site. Attend Toolboxes, In-field presence.

**Qualifications, Minimum Required**:

- Diploma OHS/WHS
- ICAM Lead Investigator
- Current "C" Class Driver's Licence.
