">This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our communities.
">You will be responsible for delivering public and environmental health programs by conducting investigations, assessments and providing expert advice and quality customer service.
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- Identifying, investigating and reporting on matters related to state government legislation, local laws and subordinate local laws relevant to food safety, environment, public health risks, noise and nuisance
- Conducting routine monitoring of licensable businesses under State legislation and local laws
You will interact with members of the public, private sector, local, state or federal governments, other Council staff and Councillors in providing specialist advice.
">The successful applicant will be required to participate in an on-call roster.
