The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.In your role, you will be a key contributor to the Zurich SME underwriting team culture to achieve a market leading proposition and profitable growth outlined in Financial Budgets.

You will provide a local presence in the Victorian market to engage with key brokers to deliver valued underwriting solutions. You will own the SME Scheme business in state and collaborate with the Victorian distribution team to deliver a market-leading SME proposition. As a key contact for local brokers, you will resolve technical queries and respond to referrals and new business quotations.
- Important to your success - let's grow together- Multiple years experience within an SME or Commercial insurance environment with ANZIIF or Insurance Certifications desirable.
- Proven success in managing relationships with intermediaries and driving a profitable new business pipeline
- Highly developed knowledge of underwriting Packages business, relevant Legislation and Regulations governing General Insurance
- Strong understanding of Broker networks (Steadfast, AUB, etc)
- Facilitating the interface with state or remote based leaders and stakeholders including: underwriting, distribution and claims
