Job Title: Property Underwriting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement underwriting guidelines and standards to ensure accurate and profitable portfolio management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agents, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to drive product development and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive underwriting strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging market opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as insurance or finance.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical underwriting, preferably in SME Package.
  • Deep knowledge of SME Package products and exposures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
