**Assistant Manager, Public Relations & Digital Marketing**:
**Location**: Sydney, Australia
- **Consumer/Digital**
- Coordinate and execute consumer and digital marketing campaigns and ensure maximum possible integration
- Work closely with external media agency to regularly review analytics and appropriately amend BAU digital activities: Optimisation of search, native advertising etc.
- Local Facebook day to day management: Idea and content generation; liaise with external media agency on content rollout and schedule; evaluate engagement effectiveness and KPI targets; HO social and digital department liaison
- Develop and manage consumer database: eDM content creation; distribution; monitoring of consumer response levels ; ensure full data compliance; support data acquisition activity
- Ensure consistency with global brand requirements across all campaigns and activities
- Digital marketing reporting and analytics
- Campaign calendar coordination
- Co-ordination and hosting of content production shoots
- Stay informed on and reactive to the changing digital environment
- **Public Relations**
- Manage the media monitoring agency and ensure accurate and timely media monitoring reports on all media activities
- PR campaign support including drafting and distribution of proactive pitches and press releases
- Online influencers: Assess, monitor and recruit
- Writing content specific to partner/media channels/requirements
- Media relations meetings/enquiries and follow up
- Recruiting, co-ordinating and hosting media familiarisations
- Manage and coordinate local HKTB events/launches
- Provide regular monthly and ad hoc reports to Head Office PR department
- **General**
- Administrative tasks including handling general enquires from consumers, trade partners and media
- Fulfil image, video, content and information requests and management of internal databases
- Monitor Marketing budgets, and prepare timely, accurate reports and accounting documents

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Good writing skills for online and offline promotions
- Working knowledge of database management
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Hong Kong and travel/tourism industry preferable
- Duty travel as required
