Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, driving efficiency and cost savings.
Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities.
Oversee supplier performance, ensuring alignment with ORIX's business objectives.
Qualifications
3+ years of end-to-end procurement experience.
People management skills and experience.
Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in supplier relationship management.
Analytical skills and proven capability developing and presenting reports.
Category management experience.
A collaborative, adaptable approach with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
