Job Title:

Talent Sourcing Lead

Description:

This role involves leading a team of Talent Sourcing Partners and designing strategic sourcing capability within one of the largest TA teams in Australia.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing a team and strategic sourcing capability, with a strong understanding of technology, product and banking talent marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in strategic sourcing with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies across multiple talent segments.

Required Skills:
  1. Leading and managing stakeholders, peers and your team in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies.
  3. Developing a team and strategic sourcing capability.
  4. Familiarity with sourcing and talent community management tools and technology.
  5. Able to use multiple data sources to inform insights and recommendations.
