About the Role
We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to our leadership team, delivering a people service tailored to the region and harmonised across the organisation.
This role involves partnering with the leadership team and global functions to align people strategies with business objectives. You will provide guidance on key calendar activities, acquisitions & integrations, employee engagement and relations management to drive company performance.
You will lead the creation and delivery of strategic people plans in line with our business strategy and build organisational and people capability.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management or related field, with 15+ years' experience preferably in a professional services environment. They must also have commercial and financial awareness, high business acumen, and strong relationship and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the leadership team and global functions to align people strategies with business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on key calendar activities, acquisitions & integrations, employee engagement and relations management to drive company performance.
Lead the creation and delivery of strategic people plans in line with our business strategy.
Work closely and collaboratively with global functional teams to advise and guide the business on appropriate global people processes and activities.
Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on a range of policy queries and employee relations issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
15+ years' experience preferably in a professional services environment.
Commercial and financial awareness and high business acumen.
Strong relationship and communication skills.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates should have a proven track record of operating as a HR Business Partner at a senior level, overseeing the full employee lifecycle.
They must have experience of working collaboratively with a 'Centres of Excellence' HR operating model.
Candidates should have an understanding of the external market, company performance, market intelligence and business drivers.
