This client side organisation has diverse range of state-of-the-art facilities across several sites within WA which include a wide range of advanced and specialised assets, such as research laboratories, unique installations, and commercial tenants.

This role reports to the Director of Operations & Maintenance and manages a team of Facilities Managers and Customer Service Officers. The role is ideal for a relationship driven individual with a whole of building approach. Responsibilities include:
  • Leadership – building a culture that ensures premium customer service outcomes
  • Strategy – developing a strategic approach to ensure buildings are operationally and financially well managed
  • Relationships – developing sound interactions with tenants, senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Compliance & Contracts – ensuring complex operational standards are achieved
  • Continuous Improvement – driving sound problem solving and innovation
You will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualifications with experience in senior Facilities Manager roles. You should be able to demonstrate success in developing sound customer relationships within a multifaceted environment and high level attention to detail. Experience in dealing with complex commercial contracts will also be required.
