**Salon Administrator - Casual Position (1-3 Days per Week)**

At **KOVA Nails & Beauty**, we specialise in high-end manicures and pedicures, offering a premium experience to every client. We're looking for a **Salon Administrator** with a friendly personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment. Experience with KPIs is a bonus.

This is a **casual role (1-3 days per week)**, perfect for someone seeking a long-term part-time position with opportunities to grow.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Welcome clients with warmth, manage the front desk, answer calls, and respond to messages.
- Handle client bookings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote and sell home-care products to enhance the client experience.
- Day-to-day tasks such as unpacking deliveries, collecting parcels, or making small local purchases.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organisation: sweeping/mopping floors at close, emptying bins, and keeping spaces tidy throughout the day.

**Additional Occasional Tasks**
- Assist with inventory management.
- Support marketing by capturing photos/videos for social media.
