About the role As a Senior Fleet Services Consultant , you will play a senior role in the successful operation of our Fleet Services function.
Covering fuel, infringements, registrations, and tolls, you\'ll support the Fleet Services Manager in guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
With a strong focus on compliance, quality assurance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, you\'ll set the benchmark for team culture and performance, helping to drive efficiency and excellence across the function.
Responsibilities Process & Compliance ManagementManage operational and administrative processes including fuel card ordering/cancellation, infringements, and tolls.
Contribute to process and system improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Deliver on agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Customer & Stakeholder ExperienceResolve customer cases and queries within required timeframes.
Support customers and internal stakeholders with resolution management.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and external partners.
Team Support & DevelopmentSupport the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation and communications.
Act as an escalation point, providing direction and problem-solving support.
Coach, develop, and cross-train team members across functional areas.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.
Administrative & Operational SupportProvide support to the wider operations team as required.
Monitor productivity, quality, and performance within Fleet Services.
Requirements Minimum 3 years\' experience in administration and/or customer service, with exposure to complex issue resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent time management, organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively across all levels of the business.
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Adaptable and flexible in responding to diverse customer queries.
A strong commitment to customer service, process improvement, and quality outcomes.
