Senior Fleet Services Consultant

As a Senior Fleet Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the operation of our Fleet Services function.

Covering key areas such as fuel management, infringements, registrations, and tolls, you will support the Fleet Services Manager in guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The role involves managing operational processes, contributing to improvements, and delivering on agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process Management: Oversee operational and administrative processes, contribute to improvements, and deliver on agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Customer Experience: Resolve complex customer cases, build relationships, and support internal stakeholders.
  • Team Development: Coach, develop, and cross-train team members, foster a collaborative environment.
  • Operational Support: Monitor productivity, quality, and performance within Fleet Services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration and/or customer service, complex issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, liaise across business levels, professional communication skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible in responding to diverse customer queries, commitment to customer service and quality outcomes.
