**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our expanding Digital Business Solutions team based in our Head Office in Tomago 2322. This position will respond to and resolve business user issues relating to systems and processes for Ampcontrol's core corporate business systems.
- Demonstrated experience as an Applications Support Analyst delivering exceptional helpdesk and training to clients **(highly regarded, not mandatory)**:

- ITIL certification **(advantageous)**:

- A good understanding of the project management and lifecycle principals
- Team oriented and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time, set priorities, plan, and organise your work to meet set objectives
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This role contributes to the collective success of the Digital Business Solutions team and responsible for the following key activities:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered according to support specifications
- Manage support tickets assigned coming from established communication channels within the company, analyse issues, derive short-term solutions and document longer-term solutions if applicable
- Log and document all incidents and issues within a ticketing system (Jira)
- Create and manage support tickets with key vendors, collaborate on issues, and assist with prioritisation
- Refer incidents to other parties when beyond your current skill-set
- Train business users on core systems
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL framework
- Develop and maintain documentation relevant to systems support, including system administration, support procedures and training materials
