About the Role
Develop course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides to meet learning objectives.
Create engaging learning assets such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
Apply effective instructional design methodologies to deliver learner-centric content.
Design training programs suitable for virtual and face-to-face learning environments.
Stay updated with Microsoft Excel features and evolving instructional design trends.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, especially in Excel-based training.
Strong understanding of advanced formulas and functions in Excel.
Grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to design engaging content for various learning styles and delivery formats.
Self-motivation and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training materials that meet client expectations.
