- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multi-faceted organization
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently, balance business needs and customer expectations
- Good written and verbal skills
- Microsoft Excel advanced skills (e.g. data analysis using pivot table)
- Experience in product improvement (software and hardware)
