We're seeking a skilled Production Coordinator/Junior Producer to work closely with our artists and producers.

This role involves working on high-profile TV commercials with leading brands and agencies.

As a key member of the team, you'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of production.

You'll take on increasing responsibility as you grow and develop your skills.

  • Collaborate with our talented artists and producers to deliver world-class campaigns.
  • Support the day-to-day production of TV commercial projects from pre-production to delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to Producers, VFX artists, and Supervisors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2–3 years' experience in the TV / Advertising industry (commercial or VFX experience preferred).
  • Excellent communicator with a friendly, approachable, and proactive personality.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of post-production workflows, VFX terminology, aspect ratios, image sizes, and codecs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Confident liaising directly with clients, directors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and any Project Finance Tracking Software.
