We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator/Junior Producer to join our team in Sydney.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with artists and producers on high-end TV commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the team with day-to-day production of TV commercial projects from pre-production to delivery
  2. Providing administrative support to Producers, VFX artists and Supervisors
  3. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication
  4. Collaborating with artists and crew to discuss best practice for projects and respective workflow to ensure projects run smoothly internally and meet client needs & demands
  5. Provide support to ensure a high level of Client service for any attended sessions including Directors, Clients, Agencies etc.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years' experience in the TV / Advertising industry (commercial or VFX experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable and proactive personality
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of post-production workflows, VFX terminology, aspect ratios, image sizes, and codecs
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Confident liaising directly with clients, directors, agencies, and internal teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and any Project Finance Tracking Software
  • Bonus points: Experience with industry-standard production tools (e.g. ShotGrid or similar task trackers)
