Apprenticeships R Us is looking for a **Trainee Service Advisor** for a car dealership in the **Ryde, NSW** areas.

If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people, a Service Advisor Traineeship might be the perfect fit for you. Learn to be the face of our Automotive service department, assisting customers, scheduling appointments, providing quotes and top-notch customer service.

**What is a traineeship?**

A traineeship is a 12-month, paid job that will include hands on training alongside a skilled team of experts with structured learning while completing a **Certificate III in Business**.

**Some of your duties as a Service Advisor will include**:

- Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone.
- Accurately record issues and data into a Dealer Management System.
- Conduct transactions; walk customer through process and provide a summary of the service.
- Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
- Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer.
- Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.

**Essential Requirements**
- Must be an **Australian Citizen or Permanent resident.**:

- Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Have a desire to learn and progress in a career.
- An interest or passion for the Automotive industry.
- Available to work full time.

Pay: $10.11 - $19.86 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
